GotFreeFax is a secure free online US and Canada fax service, headquartered in British Columbia, Canada, one of the online fax service providers that provides fax numbers that allow users to send faxes to the United States for free from a computer through a web portal, email, and mobile app Send (not receive) faxes in mainland 48 states, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada (offshore and other international destinations are not supported).

Official website : https://www.gotfreefax.com

PDF (.pdf), Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx), document text (.odt), rich text (.rtf) and JPEG image (.jpg/.jpeg) file formats are currently supported. Other file formats are currently not supported for uploading. As an easy workaround, you can copy and paste the content into our rich text editor, or convert the document to PDF for faxing.

Users of GotFreeFax homepage first need to fill in the sender's fax information in the "Sender Info" position on the upper left. From top to bottom are the sender's name, company, phone number and Email address. The "Receiver Info" position in the upper right corner is to fill in the recipient information. Similarly, from top to bottom, you need to enter the recipient's name, company, fax number, and the subject of the fax content. When the sender and recipient information are all filled in, you can enter the message content of this fax in the "Fax Content" position at the bottom, and you can also select the file to be faxed on the right side. After all the fax data and content are entered, click "Send FREE Fax Now!" at the bottom left to start free faxing.

Note : GotFreeFax free fax is limited, for example: you can only fax up to 3 pages of documents each time, you can only fax up to 2 times per day, etc.

Before GotFreeFax starts free faxing, it will send a confirmation email to the email address that the user has just entered, click the link in the email to confirm. After the confirmation is completed, the file will be faxed, and the user will then receive a notification in the Email box whether the file has been successfully faxed. Of course, you can also click the "Click here to check Real-time Fax Status" option on the webpage to view the current fax progress of the document.
