How do I use a locked folder in Google Photos?
Clicking on "Utilities" on the "Library" page of the new Google Photo Album will set the locked folder.
Press "Get Started" to see the instructions first, the locked folder needs to be opened through the device screen lock function, click "Settings" and then enter the phone unlock password or fingerprint to complete the configuration.
Enter the locked folder, click "+Photo Icon" to select photos and videos to move, or select items from outside the folder and click the function key (⋮) to move to the locked folder.
The first time you move the item, there will be an important reminder, if you uninstall Google Photos will delete the locked folder, it will not be automatically transferred when changing the device, press "Continue", there is a confirmation screen every time you move, press "Move" to put the photos and videos into the locked folder.
To turn on a locked folder, you must go through the device screen lock function, which is equivalent to saving private photos and videos to a protected folder.
Clicking on items in the locked folder can be moved (moved out), deleted, and there will also be a confirmation screen when the operation is performed.
